Our Purpose

We aim to close the skill and opportunity gaps present for Black Women executives.  We provide vertical leadership experiences through training, mentoring, application, and accountability that develop them for higher levels of responsibility, ownership, and success.  We facilitate this goal through a network of mentors, thought-leaders, and peers they can identify with as they face the challenges of the existing corporate landscape.
